Refunds & Returns Policy

At Vybe Pharma, we are committed to providing high-quality Research Use Only (RUO) products. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. By placing an order with Vybe Pharma, you acknowledge and agree to the following policy.
No Returns
We do not accept returns of any products once an order has been shipped. To protect product integrity, quality, and safety, returned research materials cannot be restocked or resold.
No Refunds
All purchases are non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued for, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong product or quantity
- Failure to read product descriptions or policies
- Improper storage or handling after delivery
- Refusal of delivery
- Shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged shipment, the wrong product, or a shipment with missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
To help us investigate, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the shipping box, packing materials, shipping label, and product(s) received
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.
If we determine that an error occurred on our part, we may, at our sole discretion, replace the affected product or provide another appropriate resolution. We do not guarantee refunds.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may only be modified or canceled before they enter processing. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
Research Use Only
All products sold by Vybe Pharma are intended For Research Use Only (RUO). They are not intended for human or veterinary use, consumption, injection, diagnosis, treatment, cure, mitigation, or prevention of any disease.
